📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the optimization of production processes using data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
• Support the implementation of ERP and MES systems to enhance production tracking and control.
• Conduct process mapping and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports to management.
• Provide technical support to the production team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
