📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workforce productivity and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and people development.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and training programs.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
