As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing essential support to medical staff and ensuring the highest standards of comfort and well-being for our residents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist medical staff with patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support.
- Perform basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to medical staff immediately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or care support role, preferably in a residential or long-term care setting.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a strong asset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for providing compassionate care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
