As a Mental Rehabilitation Nurse at Sejahtera MindCare Center, you will be responsible for implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, utilizing evidence-based practices to help individuals achieve their fullest potential.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement therapeutic interventions based on individual patient needs and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) such as EPIC or Cerner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health nursing.
- Certification in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) or similar relevant certification.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
