In this role, you’ll spend your days crafting delicious coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and high-quality beans. You’ll also be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee equipment.
• Take and fulfill food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, embodying our café’s welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or waiter role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and hospitality, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
