As a Frozen & Chiller Assistant, you'll be responsible for daily operations, including temperature monitoring, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all products are stored and transported under optimal conditions, adhering to strict industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage facilities using advanced refrigeration systems and automated monitoring tools.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on refrigeration equipment, including compressors, evaporators, and condensers, to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
• Manage inventory of frozen and chilled products, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all products are stored and transported under optimal conditions, adhering to strict industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of cold storage facilities to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of temperature readings, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the safety and quality of frozen and chilled products.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff on the operation and maintenance of cold storage equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold storage operations, refrigeration, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge and experience with refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cold storage and food safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other heavy machinery.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
