📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial statements
• Support the finance team in preparing for audits and financial reviews
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Provide financial support to project teams as needed
• Assist in preparing financial documentation for client presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a design or hospitality-related industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard financial reporting and accounting practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
