PT Mandiri Inovasi is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Kuta, Bali. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents, as well as the safety of warehouse staff.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, transactions, and other warehouse activities.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to warehouse operations and safety.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
