📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct regular training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
