Sehati Oka Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety compliance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fast food industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
