📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
