📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to support production needs.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other supplies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Analyze and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
