📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
