📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.,Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
