📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee training and development programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR needs are met,Maintain HR records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
