As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and events.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the sales manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
