📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.

Work with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.

Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.

Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using office software and production management tools.

Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
