In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative documents.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
