CV Persada Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Denpasar, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the team by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets.,Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Report and document all operations and incidents for record-keeping purposes.,Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, and the ability to enforce them effectively.,Familiarity with equipment maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
