Camp Tech Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our operations in Jimbaran and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our team from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our local operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business in Jimbaran.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in company meetings and events as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel to Jimbaran as required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
