📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
