📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
