Hub Place Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team in Palembang. We are a growing company with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of products/services.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the purchasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
