📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax officers to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax records to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for the company.,Provide guidance and training to team members on tax laws, regulations, and best practices.,Collaborate with internal departments to ensure tax compliance across all business activities.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in tax policies and procedures.,Represent the company in tax-related meetings and negotiations with government agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Certification in tax-related courses or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ATT) is a plus.
