📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee sales operations at the counter.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
