📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Participate in inventory management and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
