📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their sales targets and objectives.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
