📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
