JUNCTION Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Technician to join our team in Canggu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols and procedures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records, including test results and equipment logs.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory equipment issues in a timely manner.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.,Participate in training and development activities to enhance laboratory skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or research environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including but not limited to, microbiology, hematology, and chemistry.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments, including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
