📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Store Manager on a regular basis.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and events to boost sales and customer engagement.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the Store Manager.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
