📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.
  • Work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility and the ability to adapt to different work environments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain, logistics, and production.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.
  • Ability to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility and the ability to adapt to different work environments.
