📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols using Housekeeping Pro and CleanSheet.
• Inspect and address any maintenance or service requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold our standards of cleanliness and service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, ideally in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software such as Housekeeping Pro or CleanSheet.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
