Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing all aspects of property management including operations, maintenance, and customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the success of our properties.
• Managing and leading a team of property managers and staff.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing budgets and financial performance of the properties.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
• Proven track record of successful property management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with property management software and systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
