The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and operated safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and insurance policies to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations, working closely with mechanics and other relevant departments.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Participate in regular fleet reviews and meetings to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with drivers and other stakeholders.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.,Ability to travel as required for fleet inspections and maintenance.
