📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit farms and engage with farmers and distributors to understand their needs and promote our pest control products.
• Provide educational sessions on the benefits and usage of our pest control solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to the sales team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or pest control industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and distributors.
