As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Understanding of company culture and business objectives.
