📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Coordinate and supervise daily team activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing their concerns and providing guidance and support.,Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.,Participate in team meetings and planning sessions, contributing to the development of team strategies and goals.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are being followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
