📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections activities.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities using our in-house accounting software.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or field collections.
• Proven track record of achieving collections targets and improving collections efficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve payment issues.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
